Hi, I’m Ashley — coach, mom, and the founder of IGD Coaching.
I help women stop starting over and build strength, energy, and confidence through habits that actually fit real life.
After years of doing “all the right things” — dieting, pushing harder, and chasing perfection — I realized the problem was never discipline or motivation. The problem was the lack of structure, support, and self-trust. Like many women, I hit burnout while juggling motherhood, career, and the pressure to always do more. My health, energy, and confidence suffered — and quick fixes only made it worse.
That’s when I shifted my focus from extremes to consistency.
Today, my work centers around helping women build sustainable routines through strength training, mindset work, nutrition that fuels (not restricts), and daily accountability. I believe real transformation happens when we stop fighting our bodies and start supporting them, physically and mentally.
Inside my programs, you won’t find rigid meal plans or all-or-nothing challenges. Instead, you’ll learn how to:
• Build strength with simple, at-home workouts
• Fuel your body with protein-focused, realistic nutrition
• Regulate stress through breathing and nervous-system support
• Use journaling and reflection to follow through, even on imperfect days
• Create habits that last beyond motivation
My signature approach combines movement, mind work, and accountability, because lasting change isn’t just about what you do, it’s about who you become in the process.
I work primarily with busy women and moms who want to feel strong, confident, and energized again without sacrificing their life, family, or sanity. Women who are tired of extremes and ready for consistency, clarity, and calm.
Whether you’re inside a 90-Day Reset, following along with my workouts, or receiving my weekly emails, my goal is the same: to help you build trust with yourself again.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to do more.
You need a structure that supports you when life gets busy.
This is your space to return, to your body, your strength, and the version of you who follows through.
I’m so glad you’re here.
